What are your shipping costs?
For Australian orders:
- Free standard shipping for orders over $49. Post
Delivery time: 3 - 10 business days after dispatch. - $9.90 standard shipping via Australia Parcel Post.
Delivery time: 3- 10 business days after dispatch. - $15 express shipping via Australia Parcel Post. Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
For international orders outside of Australia:
- $17 for standard size orders up to 2kg.
- $25 for oversized orders up to 5kg.
* All prices are quoted in AUD.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are dispatched and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.
I ordered multiple products, will they be shipped together?
If all items ordered are showing as in stock, then they will be shipped together in one parcel.
Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers.
What is your refund & returns policy?
For Returns:
Frank Simple is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Frank Simple will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Frank Simple is committed to bringing the highest quality supplements. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have 30-days from date of dispatch to receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product.
Our 30-day money back guarantee includes full-sized supplements only and will only apply to first purchase of the product only. The customer must send the product back to Frank Simple intact and cover all shipping and/or custom charges. This policy expires 30 days from the date of dispatch.
